More bug fixes for v2

• Added the "Canary" item which restore health when low
• UI should now show effects on enemies attack/attack speed
• You are now able to have a 0 zero damage weapon
• Lots of issues with nimble mouse and giants potion were fixed
• Fixed Hardened Leather
• Fixed the double description on leather
• Fixed stick attack speed increase
• Enemy effects bar in combat screen should now be centered
• Added the item name to tooltips
