Added a bunch of stuff

Since the game jam me and a few friends ended up adding some more stuff to the game:

• Added different rarities for items
• Tuned the scaling/damage
• Added money to shops as well as a skip button, money is gained each round
• Added more items and effects
• Make it more clear what debuffs are on an enemy
• Fight fast forward button
• The UIs should work a bit better with different resolutions
• Hover on items now show their stats
• Bugfix for 10+ damage not appearing
